Shaped by 11 years of mission work in Zambia, we now serve locally through Helping Florence Flourish and globally through Missionary Coaching.
We spent over a decade living and serving in Choma, Zambia, where we were deeply shaped by the power of the gospel and the beauty of the global Church.
After returning to the U.S., we sensed a clear call to stay on mission—right here in our hometown of Florence, South Carolina, while continuing to support missionaries across the world. Our family has a heart to love our city, walk with leaders, and help others step confidently into their own callings.
Local Ministry:
Helping Florence Flourish
We partner with Helping Florence Flourish, a city movement working to unite churches and believers for Kingdom impact. Jeremy serves as the Discipleship and Development Specialist, helping cultivate networks, strengthen relationships between churches, and support local initiatives that reflect the love of Jesus in practical ways.
Some of the Areas We Support and Encourage:
- Prayer and pastoral networks across the city
- Family- and church-based discipleship efforts
- Men’s gatherings and ministry development
- Citywide collaboration opportunities like ServeFlo
- Annual outreach events such as WinShape Camps, which bring together dozens of churches and hundreds of kids for a week of gospel-centered fun and discipleship
We believe real change happens when the Body of Christ comes together—not to compete, but to cooperate. Whether through ongoing relationship-building or large-scale events, our heart is to help the Church in Florence work as one for the sake of the Kingdom.
Missionary Coaching:
From Neighborhoods to Nations
Alongside our local work, we also offer Missionary Coaching—personalized guidance, care, and strategy for missionaries who are raising support, navigating transitions, or stepping into long-term work.
We coach missionaries one-on-one, walk alongside families in ministry, and help cross-cultural workers thrive, not just survive.
Whether someone is preparing to go, returning home, or somewhere in between, we want them to be healthy, supported, and focused on Jesus.
We believe the Great Commission starts right where we are.
Our heart is to see the Church equipped to live on mission—both across the street and across the ocean.
Through our roles in Florence and in global coaching, we live at the intersection of local ministry and global impact. We’re not just sending others—we’re going too. Together as a family, we want to say “yes” to whatever God asks, wherever He leads.
