After 11 years serving in Zambia, we sensed the Lord inviting us into a new assignment. We believe He is raising up missionaries from nations that have not traditionally sent, and we want to help create the pathways that make that possible.
Today, we coach and equip missionaries to move from under-supported to fully funded and thriving, especially those without built-in funding networks.
Our Story
We are the Emert Family: Jeremy, Courtney, Jude, Lincoln, and Olivia.
For over a decade, our family lived and served in Choma, Zambia. Those years shaped us deeply. We experienced the beauty of the global Church, the challenge of raising support, and the reality that many gifted leaders struggle to remain long-term simply because strong funding pathways do not exist.
During that season, the Lord began stirring something new in us. We sensed that He was shifting the landscape of missions and raising up workers from nations that historically have not been primary sending countries. We knew we wanted to be part of helping build the support structures that would sustain them.
That calling now shapes everything we do.
Missionaries We’re Walking With
We are currently walking alongside missionaries in different stages of their journey, from preparation and support development to long-term sustainable ministry. It is a privilege to see the Lord building strong foundations across nations and contexts.
Rooted Locally, Serving Globally
While our primary focus is equipping missionaries globally, we remain rooted in Florence, South Carolina, living out the same mission we encourage in others.
Jeremy serves with Helping Florence Flourish by co-leading the citywide prayer network, co-leading the Flourishing Families network, and serving as the team lead for WinShape Camps each summer. These initiatives bring churches together in prayer, strengthen families in discipleship, and create collaborative outreach opportunities that serve hundreds of children and volunteers across our city.
We believe the Great Commission begins right where we are. Our local involvement reflects the same heart for unity, sustainability, and Kingdom partnership that fuels our global coaching work. The whole Emert family also contributes to our local church body through participation in worship teams, small group, mentorship, youth group, prayer and other ministry expressions.
