After more than a decade serving in Zambia, we sensed the Lord inviting us into a new season of walking alongside missionaries as they build sustainable pathways for long-term ministry.
We believe missionaries should not just get to the field.
They should thrive there.
Who We Primarily Walk With
Many of the missionaries we serve are:
- Just beginning their support-raising journey
- Preparing for cross-cultural training or deployment
- Already serving but under-supported
- Coming from Zambia and similar contexts where fundraising culture and donor networks are limited
These leaders carry strong callings and deep faith. What they often lack are the systems, strategy, and encouragement needed to build sustainable support.
That’s where we step in.
What Our Coaching Looks Like
Our coaching is personal and relational. We are not a large organization or a formal program. We are missionaries walking with missionaries.
We help leaders:
- Clarify calling and next steps
- Build foundational support-raising strategy
- Develop healthy communication rhythms with partners
- Strengthen spiritual and family health
- Navigate transitions with wisdom
- Connect to trusted training resources such as Fully Funded Academy when structured tools are needed
Our goal is not simply to help missionaries raise funds.
Our goal is to help them launch well, remain healthy, and thrive for years to come.

Why This Matters
We have seen gifted leaders leave ministry not because they lacked calling, but because they lacked sustainable support systems.
We believe the global Church is growing in places that historically have not been strong sending nations. As God raises up missionaries from Zambia and similar contexts, sustainable pathways must grow alongside them.
This is the assignment we feel called to steward.
